Our Story & Craft

About Rwcola & Our Founder

Italian heritage, scientific precision, and the finest Welsh and Italian ingredients.

Hand-stretching and topping fresh pizza dough at Rwcola Why Rwcola?

Italian Tradition Meets Welsh Flavour

Rwcola serves artisan pizza in Goodsheds. The name Rwcola (pronounced Roo - Ko - La) is a combination of the Italian word for rocket salad, "Rucola," with the Welsh-style spelling. This reflects our commitment to using both Italian and Welsh ingredients and flavours in our dishes.

At Rwcola, we're passionate about serving truly exceptional pizza. Our dough is crafted in the classic Italian style, using only five simple ingredients: premium flour, water, olive oil, yeast, and salt. You won't find any weird additives here — just honest, wholesome goodness.

Each pizza is topped with the best quality ingredients, sourced with care from Wales and Italy, and freshly prepared each day.
